We are fast approaching the holiday season for 2025. Where has the last year gone! this time last year we had lived in Kefalonia for 4 months. We had been living in rental accommodation which was pretty bad and expensive.. We finally received the keys to the villa and we could start getting it ready for renting out. But then we was held up advertising as the website was taking a lot longer than expected.

So whats new at Richmond villa! Whilst I was busy working in the UK and shopping for new interiors for the villa, Kevin was busy decorating the interior of the villa. I never liked the colour of the walls and was desperate to put our stamp on it. So the green walls have gone and we now have a neutral stone colour walls and new curtains and bedding. The garden has also undergone so building work. We now have a new seating area near the pool. But the decking around the pool has not been started yet. We hope to be starting this very soon.

We are looking forward to greeting our guest at Richmond villa and making new friends.

Our plans for this year are to continue with improving the villa to make our villa somewhere that people want to come and enjoy. We hope that we have made the villa comfortable for all of our guest and a place that they can feel at home. We have added everything to the villa that we think will help our guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable time at the villa. We have very comfortable beds , a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both rooms have space for either a cot or fold away bed, which we supply both free of charge. We then have a very comfortable sofa which converts to a double bed and just by a pull of a handle. The kitchen has everything you need, Oven and hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, air fryer, electric griddle and the list goes on. You will also find a washing machine and games for the kids, inflatables, air hockey table and swing ball and not forgetting the sun loungers.
